The students are scheduled to attend three days per week:
Tuesday - Thursday - Teacher's Prep Period 1:30 - 2:30
Students in graders K - 6 arrival 2;40
Middle School students' arrival 3:00
Dismissal for all students 4:45
Some Wednesday's are minimal Day in the Tulare City Schools District.
Look at the calendar that was in your application packet and it will tell
which days are minimum days, due to Parent Conferences.
During the week of Parent Conference, the students will come to Grandma's House right afterschool. They will have an additional hour at tutoring. The time is 1:30 - 4:45.

Most of the staff is made up of volunteer retired teachers who are using their God-given abilities to give back to the community. "To Whom Much is Given, Much is required".
We work to provide students with confidence in themselves and their ability to learn and that we all learn differently.
We are proud to announce we now have a 7th and 8th grade Math Academy; however any student who need math support may attend.
Family style snack time is important at Grandma's House. It gives us a chance to talk with the students about their day and to listen and or offer advise on how to handle a bad situation.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and improve conditions. Your generous donation will fund our mission of providing academic support for at-risk students. This is a free tutoring program for children and it is staff by volunteer retired teachers
Grandma's House is an afterschool non-profit tutoring program that provides free tutoring for at-risk students. Our teaching staff is made up of retired teachers who volunteer their time to provide academic support for children who need additional support to be successful. This program does not received state or federal funding. it is financed by fundraisers and donations from the community please partner with us by donating to this wonderful program.
